Fabricated Stone

These are revolutionary man-made stones. The latest development by the world's leading porcelain manufacturers, after years of research and development, has produced a series of magnificent man-made marbles, granites, limestones and natural stones. They are totally impervious and 3.5 times harder than granite and can be used in industry to residential environments as a wall or floor cladding.

Marble and limestone, being natural products, can vary in hardness and porosity by large degrees, depending on type and source. These natural products can show wonderful colours and configurations within the stone, as each slab or tile is absolutely unique. However, there are numerous problems associated with these natural stones, including the expense and rarity due to overuse. The production principle is to mix layers of natural minerals (the same as the real stones are composed of) which have no artificial oxides contained in them. The veining, markings and colour configurations are present throughout the body of the tile. Each piece is different, containing unique characteristics, just like natural stone.
